All sales are FINAL
We do not offer refunds instead we offer store credit if the pieces have come with a origin or manufacturing damage.
Our policy lasts 5 days after receiving products. If 5 days gone by and you did not complete the return shipment for exchange (postal star dated), unfortunately we can't offer you a store credit. To be eligible for a store credit, your items must be unused and in the same conditions that you received them.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Swimsuits or bodysuits (we do no accept products that are intimate)
- SALE items
- Accessories
To complete your exchange for other products or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will not be responsible if:
- Any item is not in this original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
